Does anyone know where to find it? (free or paid), i know it was published on "comic exe 43" but the only place i know that sells it (j-list), only has it physical...

If you want to paid why dont you ask him where to buy it? Cannot find it in Nhentai, Hitomi.la or e-hentai, if you wait probably someone upload it sooner or later
